PTA Fundraiser
Fundraising Packets must be turned in the week of October 30th, with the fast deadline Friday, November 3rd at 3:10 p.m.
Checks should be made out to Park Avenue PTA.
Make sure that your child’s name is written on the order envelope and on the order forms. Also, the money collected should match the amount of items sold.
Product delivery will be November 28th in the Cafeteria from 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. This will be the only delivery time, so please be sure to make arrangements for someone to pick up your orders.
