Spring in the Classrooms

It’s that time of year again! Spring has arrived, which means students have been preparing the Park Avenue Garden for LOTS of vegetables! Last week, over ten classrooms started seeds in their classrooms! Each class will be responsible for taking care of their seeds until they are ready to be transplanted out in the garden. Be ready to enjoy some peppers, broccoli, pumpkins, beans, okra, cucumber, summer squash- plus much more!  The kids loved getting their hands in the dirt and are looking forward to watching their seeds sprout in the coming days!  

Mark your calendars for Saturday, May 20th, when we will plant all of our seedlings between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.
