The State of Iowa has established March 1st as the deadline to apply for open enrollment for the 2017-2018 academic year. This is also the deadline for submitting Within District Transfer requests for next year. If you have moved out of the Park Avenue attendance area, but want your child to remain at Park Avenue next year, you MUST complete Within District Transfer paperwork.

Open Enrollment and Within District Transfer forms can be found on-line; go to the ‘Parent’ tab at www.dmschools.org and click on ‘Enrollment & Registration.’ You may also pick up a form from the Park Avenue office.
