Online Registration for has begun; go to your Parent Portal Account to register your children for the 2016-2017 Academic Year!

Look in your Messages for the registration link.

For students with more than one household, the parent listed as ‘primary’ is the parent that must complete online registration
If you are unable to upload address verification, you may send the utility bill, mortgage statement or rental agreement by:
o    FAX to 515-323-8637
o    Email to celia.nelson@dmschools.org
o    Bring it to school (Call first to make sure the office is open

Need help completing registration? Stop by the Park Avenue office:

  • Tuesday, July 19th from 2:00 – 6:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, July 25th from 2:00 – 6:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, July 28th from 1:00 – 7:00 p.m.
  • Make an appointment with Mrs. Nelson at 242-8429.
