A Full House

Thank you to all the families who came to Park Avenue Elementary School’s first A Night for the Arts! We were pleased to have over 75% participation from our kindergarten, first and second grade classrooms. Many hours of planning, practice and production led to this art show and concert. The kids were very excited to share what they have learned in art from Mrs. W-B and in Ms. Murphy’s music classes with their guests. Due to the overwhelming excitement for this event, we have made a few changes to the next Night for the Arts. The third and fourth grades will host their event on April 21, 2016. Fifth grade scholars will share their art and music during the Fifth Grade Recognition Ceremony in May. (The date for Fifth Grade Recognition will be announced in March.)
